Tools and training from One-on-One brings to the surface talent that's already mine. I can find out how each of us has undiscovered powers to communicate, way beyond my current perspective.
I can reach people in much more effective ways by tapping into three powerful energy reservoirs. These 3 Energies (3E) can be wielded like a sword in battle. The tools and methods to make them fight battles in my behalf are freely available to all, but unfortunately most of us never make conscious use of them. Research proves that successful sales people mostly apply them more or less unconsciously, often tied to a few sound principles or a sales model (or two) that we've picked up at some point during our career.
The 3 Energies operate regardless. Thus, the question is not whether I should apply them or not, but rather how I should wield them and do so ethically to build a better society through my daily sales efforts. It's this noble underpinning that's the beginning of unleashing the first of these 3 Energies.
Each of the 3 Energies is dependent on the other. The channel through which each energy begins to flow is via the type of dialog to which it is connected. These dialogs are made clear, practical and applicable through the O®O model (read: "Triple-O"). I can learn to master these dialogs and dramatically improve communication and sales results.
