One-on-One
One-on-One was founded in 2002 based on a simple philosophy: The world can only change for the better one person at a time, but if that one person does a good job, it doesn't need to take long. Selling, persuasion and influence should be mutual and will always be most effective when done one-on-one.
3 Dialogs
There are three types of dialogs:
- Operational
- Opinional
- Optimal
Each of these dialogs work best in a one-on-one setting. The One-on-One logo depicts these dialogs in the form of 3 connected rings. When all three dialogs work as they should communication has the potential to reach energation.
Not Just Business
One-on-One is a company with a higher purpose than just business. We offer training, consulting and coaching based on "The 3 Energies Behind Sales Success" (3E). This book reveals how any good conversation consists of three layers of dialog. Each dialog is connected and helps energy flow freely in the desired direction. When energy flows as it should, selling becomes mutually desirable and removes the tension that often keeps people from communicating effectively. After all, selling is, when done correctly, an exciting and welcoming activity for both parties involved.
