					Having scrambled together a 3E YouTube Channel, you can now listen to blog posts in addition to reading them. I thought that's a cool feature. I've just barely begun the process of catching up. Some time in the future new blog posts will be offered in audio format, too. Also appreciate all the feedback. I've received quite a few comments already. Some feel I should do more to provide animations and illustrations. Maybe I will, but for the moment it "feels" nice to keep it simplistic ;-)

It reminds me of a conversation I had a long time ago. One of my CEO's said to me: "If the customer happily signed the contract then you've done your job. You exceeded your budget - you should be happy." But I wasn't.

On these pages I'll make it my mission to tell you what kind of sale does make me happy. I also invite you to help me get that insight - how selling should be - by telling me what you think.
